Description:
The present tender notice applies to trade tenders regarding realization of comprehensive plan for renovation of S0ndergarden for Bo42 located in R0nne on Bornholm. S0ndergarden, which was originally built in two sections, has been combined into one section in connection with approval of the wholeplanned in June 2021. The project concerns a total of 93 homes. The Comprehensive Plan includes renovation of constructions and installations, amalgamation of apartments and establishment of accessible housing. The task is offered with a planned start of construction in March 2023 and a construction period of 24 months.
