•Establishment of new exits from the basement (option)
•Retroinsulation of crawlspaces (option)
•Establishment of supplementary accesses to crawlspaces (option)
Facades and gables
•Repair of masonry damage on facades
• Replacement of masonry beams above windows and doors
•Post-insulation of gables
•Establishment/expansion of individual e.g. holes in masonry
•Complete grouting of facades
•Establishment of new balconies
•Establishment of bay windows for e.g.new in wood/aluminium
