This is a rebuilding project of approx. 18,500 sqm, excl. cellar. The existing building wings are respectively protected and conservation values.

The project is offered in the main contract.

The building works include (in main): Climate screen: New twigs, windows and facade doors, skylights, brick chimneys.

Interior works: Decomposition of existing walls, surfaces and installations. New interior walls, floors, ceilings, surfaces, new heating and electrical installations as well as housing ventilation. New main stairs. Exterior work: new coatings in parking and residence areas, planting M.V.
