Bavnehøj Tender 2022
Task description: Bavnehøj Sports facility, located on Enghavevej 90 in KBH SV, is a self -operated sports facility with a permanent association life. The plant is used daily for an association life and disorganized sports, as well as school use and rental. Work is constantly being done to develop and adapt the facilities in line with users' wishes and needs. For three months of summer (June, July and August), the facility's outdoor bath is also open, where it is possible to sell ice cream, coffee etc. to the guests. It is expected that the future tenant is an integral part of Bavnehøj sports facilities and thus contributes to creating A synergy effect for the benefit of both the café and the rest of the plant's users. The café is light and inviting and distributed to 140m2 consisting of 2 rooms and a smaller production kitchen.
