Tendering of main contract llyn.b346a_nanolab. DTU NANOLAB, National Center for Nanofabrication and Characterization, Researcher in and provides access to advanced equipment and expertise in micro and nanotechnology. With the location at DTU Lyngby Campus, DTU Nanolab plays a central role in developmentof micro and nanotechnology in Denmark.
Today there are approx. 400 users, including researchers from 7 of DTU's 8 basic research centers, which use DTU Nanolab's facilities. But the maximum capacity of the existing clean rooms has been reached. There is a need for new, contemporary laboratories and machines if DTU Nanolab SkAll meet demand from partners or launch major research activities.
Now the DTU builds the building B346A with new state-of-the-art research facilities. With B346A, DTU Nanolab expands its facilities by approx. 700 m2 clean rooms designed to house the latest generation of equipment forNanofabrication. It will give partners, research projects and new initiatives access to the necessary and unique facilities needed in Northern Europe.High-tech elite research in nano and quantum technology.
