DTU offers the tasks of total consultancy and total contracting for the project DTU Bygning 226, which is a generic office building on S0ltofts Plads. The tender is carried out as a competitive dialogue on the basis of an idea presentation. This is a combined tender for a Total Consultant Agreement and a Total Contractor Agreement, which are bound together by a Cooperation Agreement. The collaboration model implies that the General Contractor must enter into a close collaboration with DTU and the General Adviser on the design.
The project consists of constructing a new generic office building with associated study and learning environments, common areas, technical rooms and storage and bicycle cellar (DTU Building 226, "B226"). In addition, tunnel renovation and execution, but not design, of surrounding landscape works.

B226 is located on the DTU Campus in Lyngby, centrally at S0ltofts Plads in the 2nd quadrant.
