Description:
Framework agreement 50.70 - AV equipment is hereby offered.
The range consists of:
Projectors, screens, interactive displays/touch screens, sound equipment, online video meetings, screens, document cameras, control panels, wireless presentation equipment, switches, transmitters and splitters. Furthermore, accessories for AV equipment,including, but not limited to brackets, stands, cables, accessories, advice, installation, etc. as well as services.
The framework agreement replaces the current agreement, 50.70 AV equipment (2022), which will not be extended. This agreement is thus a retender of the existing agreement with changes in a termconsidered scope. The changes primarily consist of updating the range so that it is up-to-date and market-compliant, and in an update of the contractual terms that have proved appropriate to adjust, including special penalty terms, the duration of the delivery contracts, which are changed to single purchase contracts,as well as adjustment of contractual sanctions other than fines, such as suspension of the purchase obligation.
