Description:
The Purchasing Community IFIRS offers audit and counseling services on behalf of Syddansk Business School Odense-Vejle. The offer includes the provision of audit and counseling services regarding statutory audit as well as options on procurement services calculated as a fixed hourly rate for 7 different advisory categories. provides the necessary data extracts from IT systems used by the contracting entity. Likewise, free premises are made available.The statutory Audit scope: Starting costs in connection with the change of audit audit of annual report, cf. Executive Order No. 2110 of 24/11/2021 and Grant control etc. at institutions of business -oriented education revision of ordinary and supplementary quarterly subsidy reporting reports of reporting on VAT compensation, once annual execution of management audit participation in the board meeting in which the annual report is to be reviewed and Approval events DISH (Revision of Annual Report and IT Declaration). Option to the extent of purchasing services: Purchasing services may be special advice, assessment assignments, follow-up, consultancy and special assignments, such as analysis of assignment area. The list is not exhaustive.The collected Purchasing quantity is expected for 4 annual reports and any additional services to amount to a total of DKK 3,000,000. The contract will be valid from Signature of both parties, which is expected to be in week 44 2025 up to and including the end and approval of the annual report 2029.
