Kalundborg Forsyning A/S hereby offers an agreement regarding the annual statutory audit, as well as related audit services.
Kalundborg Forsyning Holding A/S is a limited company 100 percent owned by Kalundborg Municipality.
Kalundborg Forsyning Holding A/S is 100 percent owner of 5 operating companies, 1service company and 1 holding company with an associated operating company.
The group's business includes handling and transport of rainwater and waste water, production and distribution of drinking water (based on groundwater), purification of waste water, emptying of private waste water tanks, distribution of untreateda lake water (surface water) and supply of treated sea water in drinking water quality, supply of district heating and production of heat for the district heating network from heat pumps at the Kalundborg treatment plant. In addition, one of the operating companies will supply industrial cooling during 2025.
