Description:
Hvidovre Municipality will build a new association house at Hvidovre Harbor.
For the implementation of the project, Hvidovre Municipality offers a task as a building consultant.
Hvidovre Municipality has assessed that the complexity of the project requires that the task is not solved in several independent contracts.
It's Hvidovre Municipality intention to enter into an agreement on client consultancy for the following main services:
A.PRIAGE OF BUILDING PROGRAM FOR USE TO TENDER OF CONTRACTION WITH NEXT.
B.NDRAVING Other tender material for use in the tendering of total contract with negotiation.
C.The implementation of tendering of total contract With negotiation incl. contracting.
D.Buymerraneavising during design and execution, including client supervision.
E. deficiency handling, as well as 1 year and 5 years of review.
Hvidovre Municipality wants with this tender to find a builder consultant who can assist Hvidovre Municipality in a close and dialogue process within the financial and temporal framework shown in the tender documents. The assignment is awarded to the building consultant who submits the financial most advantageous bid for the overall assignment after the criterion best ratio between price and quality
