- ANL-SA.R002 - Framework agreement on assessor services with the possibility of NoBo services The framework agreement includes the delivery of assessor services in connection with the Road Directorate's construction projects. The framework agreement also provides the opportunity to purchase Notified Body (NoBo) services. Assessor services in accordance with Executive Order 711/2020 for the Road Directorate's projects that must obtain a commissioning permit from the Danish Transport Agency. The services may be in relation to all Danish infrastructure managers including - but not limited to Banedanmark. Possibility of delivery of NoBo services in accordance with 711/2020 by EC verification in accordance with TSI, if the Adviser of the Ordering Party is assigned and has accepted this role. The framework agreement includes the delivery of assessor services in connection with the Norwegian Road Directorate construction projects. The framework agreement also provides the opportunity to purchase Notified Body (NoBo) services. Assessor services in accordance with Executive Order 711/2020 for VD projects that must obtain a commissioning permit from the Swedish Transport Agency (TS). The benefits can be relative to all Danes infrastructure managers including Banedanmark. Possibility of delivery of NoBo services in accordance with 711/2020 by EC verification in accordance with TSI, if Adviser of the Ordering Party is assigned and has accepted this role.
