Amgros wishes to conclude framework agreements for the pharmaceuticals that appear in the individual subcontracts below, with a view to supplying the stakeholders' hospital pharmacies with pharmaceuticals and possible resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resells the medicines to the hospital pharmacies at Amgros' purchase price with a surcharge. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are entered into without a purchase obligation, and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros' framework agreements. The tender number (part contract) includes the following medicines: ATC Code: C01CA02 · Generic name: Isoprenaline · Dispensing form: Concentrate, sterile · Strength: 0.2 mg/ml · Unit value: 90 mg · Amount in units: 143. Each tender number is considered a independent partial contract and is tendered independently of the other tender numbers. A supplier can thus choose to make an offer for one, several or all tender numbers, and allocation is made separately for each individual tender number.
