Description:
Amgros I/S (Amgros) is a partnership with the 5 regions as stakeholders. Amgros wants to enter into framework agreements for the drugs set out in the individual sub -contracts below, in order to supply stakeholders' hospital pharmacies with medicines and possibly resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resell the medicines to the hospital pharmacies at Amgros' purchase price with a supplement. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are concluded without purchase obligation, and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros' framework agreements.
