Description:
Amgros I/S (Amgros) is a partnership with the 5 regions as stakeholders. For the treatment of patients on peritoneal dialysis, whose treatment is covered by the hospital pharmacies of Amgros' stakeholders, Amgros will enter into framework agreements regarding glucose-containing peritoneal dialysis during this tendere for CAPD and APD treatment, incl. night machine and the utensils belonging to the treatment. Amgros wishes to enter into framework agreements for peritoneal dialysis fluids, night machine and utensils that appear in the framework agreement, cf. section below. 5.1, with a view to supplying the stakeholders' hospital pharmacies with this as well aspossible resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resells peritoneal dialysis fluids and the utensils to hospital pharmacies at Amgros' purchase price with a surcharge. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are entered into without a purchase obligation, and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged touse Amgros' framework agreements.
