- Amgros I/S (Amgros) is a partnership with the 5 regions as stakeholders. Amgros wants to enter into framework agreements for the drugs set out in the individual sub -contracts below, in order to supply stakeholders' hospital pharmacies with medicines and possibly resale to the Faroe Islands andGreenland. Amgros resell the medicines to the hospital pharmacies at Amgros' purchase price with a supplement. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are concluded without purchase obligation and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not required to use Amgros' framework agreements.

The tender number(The sub -contract) includes the following drugs: ATC Code: J05AE08 . Generic Name: Atazanavir . Dispensing form: Capsules . Strength: 200 mg . Unit value: 0.3 g . Quantity in units: 3160. A suppliercan thus choose to offer one, more or all tendering numbers, and allocation is done separately for each tender number. A supplier can thus be assigned one, more or all sub -contracts. Reference is made to the tender conditions, including on submitting tenders under the individual tender numbers.
UnderThe term "quantity in units" above is indicated an estimated consumption of the drugs under the tender number, but the real consumption may differ significantly from there.
