- With this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for the provision of free and anonymous counseling to citizens of the Municipality of Copenhagen between the ages of 18 and 35 who have grown up in families with alcohol or other drug problems. The overall purpose of the delivery is to prevent the target group from developing or worsens social problems as a result of growing up in families with alcohol or other drug problems, help the target group to master their own life situation, increase their well-being and be active for citizens. Likewise, the intention is that the supplier contributes to remedying any problems of the target group social isolation.
