- In this offer, the contracting entity wants to obtain tenders for the delivery of free and anonymous counseling to citizens from the City of Copenhagen between the ages of 18 and 35 who have grown up in families with alcohol or other drug problems. The purpose of the delivery is overall to prevent the target audience from developing Or aggravates social problems as a result of a growing up in families with alcohol or other drug problems, helping the target audience to master their own life situation, increase their well-being and be activating for citizens.
