- DSB offers an Agreement covering service and maintenance activities of air conditioning systems in DSB's trains.
DSB's air conditioning systems generally include both AC systems, brine systems and Heat/ventilation/AC systems (HVAC systems) in passenger systems and cab systems.
The services for air conditioning consist of the following:
• Service and maintenance activities
DSB awards an Agreement to one supplier per partial agreement.
Sub-agreement 1: IC3 train
This sub-agreement concerns execution and supply of the following services to IC3 trains:
• Service and maintenance activities
• statutory inspections
• Call system
• Repairs
• Spare parts
The IC3 train is an older train type that does not hair HVAC system. Based on this, there will only be a need for service and maintenance on the AC system and Brine system in the IC3 train. Further reference is made to Appendix 1 (Requirement specification).
Sub-agreement 2: IC4 train
This sub-agreement concerns the performance and delivery of the following services for IC4 trains:
•Service- and maintenance activities
IC4 trains have only brine system and HVAC system and no AC system.
