Description: The project deals overall renovation of 123 general family homes with a total future area of approx. 9,875 m², as well as renovation of the department's outdoor areas.

In most cases, the homes preserve their current size, but several of them are made a room less to achieve better apartment plans.

The intention of the overall plan is to renovate the homes so they get brighter and welcoming and with larger kitchens and bath. In addition, there are building technical, energy and indoor climate challenges that the renovation should also improve. Formaldehyde-containing building materials and other environmentally hazardous substances must be replaced with materials that meet today's standards. The houses are isolated to contemporary standards and doors and windows are replaced. Furthermore, approx. 1/3 of the homes available. The outdoor areas are therefore adapted to some places with plateaus and ramps that ensure levels of access to ground floor, and elsewhere has been incorporated in a gift.
