Description:
The purpose of this tender is to obtain a project for separate sewerage of 4 sub -areas in Jystrup, which has not yet been separated.
In addition to planning and tendering, the advisory benefit also includes construction management and professional supervision.
All communication, written as well as oral, in connection with the implementation of the project, must take place in Danish.
Main Services and Delimitation
The project deals with the following main services. Reference is also made to the document Description Description and Agreement Base
1.Proying of Project for Separationand renovation of sewage for Ringsted Wastewater A/S. Road drainage is included in planning for Ringsted Wastewater, in outlay for Ringsted Municipality.
2. Coordination and scrutiny of interfaces and conflicts between other foreign wires.
3. Preparation of tender material for separating sewer linesIn 4 sub -areas.
4. Offering/Price picking up/Contracting Construction Enterprise for Ringsted Wastewater A/S to the main contractor.
5. Execution of construction management, financial management, professional supervision, security management, risk management, communication management and professional supervision of the construction work.
6. Completion of the casewith delivery business, follow-up of deficiencies, total construction accounts, checks and delivery of data performed as well as 1- and 5-year inspections.
