The supplier's services must, to the extent relevant, play up against Dansk Lotteri Spil A/S' superiorsbusiness strategy.
The supplier must deliver high-quality advertising agency services, which requires competence, staffing, experience, innovative thinking and execution skills.
The client pays a participant remuneration of DKK 70,000 excl. VAT to the tenderers who participate in the entire tender process andsubmits an offer subject to conditions, but is not awarded the Framework Agreement.
In addition, it must be stated that access to the tender material is limited such that the Framework Agreement's Annex AA - Case and the related background information are only forwarded to the pre-qualified bidders according toletter of Appendix H - Confidentiality agreement.
