Description:
On 11 June 2020, the National Police entered into a 4-year framework agreement with TDC business regarding the police's data communication and emergency lines. The agreement was awarded directly to TDC, as it was the National Police's assessment that it was a sole supplier situation (see previously published prophylaxis announcementhearing of 15 June 2020, no. 277778-2020). The agreement expires on 29 June 2024, and given the criticality of the agreement, the National Police needs a new agreement period. The purpose of this advance notification is thus to get the market to know about the service description as well as the operating, delivery,technical and safety requirements, which are described in more detail below and in Appendix 1, are expected to be met with the current specifications. Suppliers are therefore asked to express their interest by 11 March 2024 at the latest to jmi006@politi.dk
