Description:
The National Unit for Special Crime (NSK) needs to enter into a 2-year contract for access to an electronic search system where information about companies and individuals can be found in a large number of countries. The purpose of this advance announcement is to get the market's indication of whether such a contract is interested, and whether the task is expected to be fulfilled by suppliers on the market who can meet the requirements below. Suppliers are therefore asked to express their interest no later than 9 February 2024 to HLA040@politi.dk Description of requirements: NSK needs a contract for a worldwideend electronic search system where you can find information about companies and individuals. NSK must use the system to find information about foreign companies and shareholders etc. abroad. Typically, information is needed on: • Management • Owners, especially the ultimate owners • Any subsidiarieslskaber etc. • The corporate structures that the company is part of • The other companies that the owners are involved in • Activity/operations • Accounts and other financial data • Associated addresses, company number and other information that uniquely identifies the company It is a great advantage if systemet can form graphic presentations of ownership etc. It is a requirement that the system can provide historical information, at least 10 years back in time, as this is central to the investigation of criminal cases, which by their nature deal with events that have occurred and actions that are...
