- The framework agreement covers consultancy services for the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's work with digital development projects. The services that are requested cover a wide area within IT development, and can be anything from concrete development of an app solution or design of user interface, to agile coaching or preparationsee of a testing strategy. The services are listed in section 3. It is expected that concrete expert services can be delivered within a specific area, but there will also be services where there will be overlap between several service areas. The supplier is expected to be able to deliver on all services. There er we are talking about consultancy services where the consultant is expected to have his workplace and day-to-day work in the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration for most of the time when working on a service for the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration. The supplier is expected to work together with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's employees and other suppliers. En part of the digital development projects are prepared in an agile framework adapted to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, and the supplier is expected to be able to participate in this. On the basis of the above, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration invites suppliers in the market to enter into a dialogue about the tender.
