Description:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs self-insures its employees, cf. circular on self-insurance in the state etc. (Circular No. 9783 of 9 December 2005). As a result, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has drawn up internal insurance conditions, which include, among other things, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' emissaries and advisers. This tenderrelates to the administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' self-insurance scheme. The tender is carried out as a public tender in accordance with the rules in the Tenders Act (LBK no. 10 of 6 January 2023) section II. The sub-agreement that is being offered now was originally part of a tender with two sub-agreements, where this agreement constituted thecontract 2. The contract in the original tender regarding Partial Agreement 2 was not awarded, which is why the contract regarding the original Partial Agreement 2 is now being retendered.
