In this offering, the contracting entity wants to obtain tenders for a psychological crisis aid scheme so that the municipality continues to make such an offer available to the employees of the City of Copenhagen. All employees must soon be able to get emergency crisis aid if they are exposed to a violent incident in connection with the job and they must be able to receive psychological assistance/counseling if they experience dissatisfaction or mental problems in connection with the work. Thus, the service offered consists of the overall afakut crisis aid and other psychological assistance/counseling - there are two basic Psychological services made available to all employees in the City of Copenhagen who may need it for work and debriefing at the crisis site - there is a psychology service used in connection with major, particularly serious crisis situations that include more employees. Psychological consultancy for staff groups - there is a benefit that can in some cases be requested by the HR departments. Larger organizational adjustments that are supposed to be able to influence employees mentally.
