Description:
The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO), intends to purchase a Multi-link planning tool (MLPT). DALO uses numerous Tactical Data Links (TDLs) (e.g. L11, L16, L22, JREAP and others). The use of TDLs and the exchange of data between TDLs has to be planned carefully to maximize interoperability between the units and to protect sensitive data. Filtering of data must be done to avoid overload of slow TDLs and track numbers has to be synchronized between links to avoid one target to have more than one track or different targets to have the same track number. In order to plan the use of numerous TDLs (Multi Link planning) DALO would like to acquire Multi-link Planning Tool. - As part of the preparation to the tender, DALO would like to request information regarding some specific topics from potential tenderers. Due to this DALO has decided to initiate a technical dialogue with the market.
