- This RFI is issued for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) to identify available solutions for the Accelerator services for an Eco-Innovation Challenge in the Black Sea Region. This RFI will serve to conduct market research to identify firms capable of providing solutions for the above stated requirement. It has a special interest in new technologies that allow fast, efficient and high quality service delivery. This market research shall be conducted at NO COST TO THE UNITED NATIONS. Respondents to this RFI may be requested to present to UNOPS the solutions proposed.The Request For Information (RFI) is not a solicitation for offers, and accordingly, no contract will be awarded from its publication. Your responses, as a result of this announcement, shall focus on providing recommendations for the requirements as detailed in the subsequent sections of this document. Information provided in the RFI may be used by UNOPS to create any subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) / Invitation to Bid (ITB).
