Opgavebeskrivelse: We intend to order deep cooling back illuminated Electron Multiplying Charge Couple Device (EMCCD) camera from Andor Technology via AMS Technologies (model iXon Ultra 888 EMCCD) with fast acquisition rate and low dark noise for Raman microscopy application. This camera will be the key parts of nanoimaging microscope that we built in DTU Health Tech. This camera will be used to registration of Raman spectra in multi-track mode.
