Task Description: Technical University of Denmark, Department of Physics, intend to buy a scan tunnel microscope (Specs: STM Aarhus 150) as well as Electronics (Specs: VTC 20 Base Electronics) for fast routine collection of atomized images of surfaces in an existing not vibrational -koned ultra-high vacuum chamber.da The STM must replace an older Aarhus type STM, the specs STM Aarhus 150 will ensure the best possible compatibility, with the existing vacuum chamber without modifications and other vacuum chambers in the group. Last is vital to secure a work flow, where samples can be transferred under vacuum to minimize contamination.
