- SKI is a shopping center and provider on behalf of SKI's customers a framework agreement regarding telecommunications, data as well as internet services referred to as "50.48 tele and data". The purpose of the supply is to ensure that SKI's customers can relieve their tendering obligation when using the framework agreement. In addition, the intention is to ensure oneCommercially attractive framework agreement that meets customer expectations and purchasing and coverage needs throughout the term of the framework agreement, as well as ensuring a framework agreement that is easy to use. The framework agreement is a centrally coordinated agreement, cf. circular on procurement in the State of Section 2, and targets the entire state,The municipalities, the regions and the other public contractors who have previously been actively published to use the agreement when they need to obtain services and products within tele and data including Internet connections. The framework agreement is divided into 7 sub -agreements, each of which constitutes self -employedFramework agreements. As far as partial agreement is concerned 1-6, the framework agreements are divided into the following main product groups: - Landline telephony - mobile telephony - mobile broadband - Products - Other assistance under each main product group thereof the agreement's product groups including the main and subproduction groups.
