• Sub-agreement 1: East (Eastern Denmark) Sub-agreement 2: Northwest (Jutland) Sub-agreement 3: Southwest (Fyn and Jutland) SKI plans to offer framework agreement 50.90 Food (2028) which deals with the supply of food to municipal kitchens - both large production kitchens and medium-sized kitchens in, for example, daycare centers and care for the elderly. The tender is expected to concern a minimum of three geographically divided sub-agreements, although with the possibility of a fourth sub-agreement, depending on the competitive situation and the connection. The expectation is that the tenderer will have the opportunity to submit offers for all partial agreements. Each partial agreement is expected to be a sole supplier agreement. The framework agreement will be binding for the connected customers. The purpose of this advance notice is to invite technical dialogue and give potential bidders and other relevant market participants the opportunity to provide input on parts of the preliminary draft of the tender documents. The technical dialogue will take place from 12 June to 1 July 2026, at 10.00 (both dates incl.) and will particularly focus on delivery contracts, price regulation, assortment updates and requirements for e-commerce.
