21/05590 - Welding services for recompletion of To-7 at Lille Torup
Opgavebeskrivelse: Gas Storage Denmark A/S (GSD) owns and operates Denmark-s two underground gas storage facilities, which are located in Stenlille in the central part of Zealand (aquifer storage facility) and in Lille Torup in Northern Jutland (salt cavern facility). GSD plans to execute the recompletion of cavern Lille Torup 7 (To-7) in Q2 2022. A new completion will be installed, including a new welded production string. The scope of delivery is comprised of:•Welding of all connections within 9 ⅝" (43.5 lb/ft or 47 lb/ft) gas production string; depth approx. 1,000 m•All welded connections have to be examined 100% with ultrasonic and x-ray tests. Same is applicable for C-rings but only 10 % NDT.•The planning must include a strength calculation for the C-rings. •The contractor has to deliver a detailed description of the welding procedure of pipes and C-rings (heat treatment, etc.) and the certificates of the welders prior to starting the work.•A welding supervisor has to be available on site in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14731 (welding coordination - task and responsibilities).•A welding test for the casing i...
