Description: SKI offers a framework agreement divided into 2 sub-agreements on telecommunications and data services, associated solutions and services, as well as mobile phones with accessories and modems. The framework agreement is aimed at SKI's customers, including public authorities, bodies governed by public law, state and municipal public limited companies, independent institutions and independent public companies, which can use the framework agreement on a voluntary basis. However, if a customer uses the framework agreement and awards a delivery contract, more detailed obligations arise for the customer's purchase, as stated in the tender material. The sub-agreements include the same range, however, so that sub-agreement 1 also includes services on fixed network telephony. There is no free choice between the sub-agreements of the framework agreement, and in appendix D of the tender material it is stated in which cases the customer must use sub-agreement 1, and in which cases the customer must use sub-agreement 2.
